Built because four tools
is three too many.
OfficOne is a Tecnior Technology product, made for businesses that outgrew a CRM and found themselves paying for four subscriptions that do not speak to each other.
Why it exists
A sales tool knows the lead. An invoicing tool knows what was billed. An accounting tool knows what was earned. A support tool knows what went wrong. Four products, four logins, four prices, and one customer whose name is spelled three different ways across them.
OfficOne is those four sharing one record. The lead becomes the deal, the deal becomes the quotation, the quotation becomes the invoice, the invoice becomes a payment, and the payment posts to a ledger — without anybody retyping a line or reconciling anything on a Monday.
Built in India, not only for it
GST, HSN and SAC codes, place-of-supply rules and the nine reports an Indian accountant expects are first-class, not an afterthought. So is the fact that your customer might be in Cyprus: the tax, its name, its registration number and the currency all follow the country you bill from, and a workspace outside India sees VAT where an Indian one sees GST.
White-label, properly
Your logo, your colour and your name run through the application, the invoice PDF and your customers’ own portal. Nothing a customer sees carries the name of the software.
Who makes it
Tecnior Technology, which also builds OfficHR, OfficMail and a number of products for financial-services clients. OfficOne is the one that runs the business rather than a part of it.
